When I called, I told the woman that my card number was stolen after I purchased on the CGM website so I had to give her a new card number for my purchase since the other card got canceled. That meant I also had to call CGM and give them a new credit card number. (I live in the US, and CGM findings is also out of the US.) I had them cancel my credit card immediately before this thief was able to charge anything else illegally.
Literally within the hour, I received a phone call from my credit card company alerting me of possible fraudulent charges - I've had these before and they were always my purchases, but this time it was not! There were already two large charges from online shopping websites based out of the UK. Last week I opened a new account with them, and made my purchase on Tuesday afternoon with my credit card.
